Our training center leans on pedagogical fundamentals regularly updated according to the evolution of our clients' expectations and according to technological inputs in terms of training, axed around 3 fields of expertise:
Continuous and batch hot-mix asphalt plants
Cold-mix asphalt plants
Emulsion plants - Modified bitumen plants - Binder storage
Our objective is a structured acquisition of asphalt production techniques, preventive maintenance techniques, troubleshooting methodology and global safety around an asphalt plant.

Qualiopi The Ermont training center is Qualiopi certified: Certification brand of the quality of training providers delivered by organisms accredited or authorized by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac). Since 2022, Qualiopi is the only certification allowing for a training organism to offer its clients the possibility to fund its training.

Gathered around 10 themes from introduction to improvement lessons, our training programs are developped with the objective to give you all the necessary skills and tools for your operational practices. We provide sessions from 3 to 5 days delivered in our training center in Lorette, to answer all your traineeship requirements.
