TSX HIGHWAY range

The TSX HIGHWAY range is made up of three models of hypermobile continuous hot mix plants that can recycle up to 70% of asphalt aggregates thanks to the patented TSX technology developed by Ermont in 2020.

The result of 40 years' experience accumulated by ERMONT in recycling technologies, the TSX HIGHWAY range is designed to support our customers in their future ECO-responsible projects.

Quality and recycling from 0 to 70%

The patented TSX technology ensures a total binder remobilisation, vital to guarantee the quality and hard-wearing of asphalt produced at high and very high recycling rates (from 0 to 70%).

Eco-responsibility

Environment protection is ensured by the DuoTherm technology via combined RAP heating with low-temperature aggregates and gases, in order to protect the binder and avoid emissions generation at the source.

Flexibility

The extreme flexibility of the TSX23 HIGHWAY allows the adjustment of production outputs, formulas, production temperatures and recycling rates (from 0 to 70%) to offer our clients a versatile solution to all kinds of jobs.
