10 years later, the MARINI-ERMONT trademark changes back to ERMONT. A "return to the roots" due to the strategic restructuring of the Group's FAYAT MIXING PLANT Business Unit.

ERMONT trademark becomes MARINI-ERMONT. A strategic evolution and reorganization for the global development of the Fayat Mixing Plants division. This evolution is due to a global reorganization of FAYAT Mixing Plants and their international development.

ERMONT joins the FAYAT Group and becomes a part of what is now called the Road Equipment Division, which includes other brands like Bomag, Dynapac, Marini, SAE, Secmair, Scarab, etc.

ERMONT is bought by the American Group STANDARD HAVENS seeking to establish themselves in Europe.

ERMONT joins the CAFL and leaves the city of Ermont (near Paris) for the department of Loire (between Lyon and Saint-Etienne. First in St-Chamond in 1961, then Lorette in 1970. Senior Management and Engineering Department stay in Paris until 1972 when they finally move to Lorette as well. From then, ERMONT develops continuous and batch, mobile and stationary asphalt plants.

ERMONT launches their first mobile asphalt plants, with the first deliveries in the 50s.

LES CHAUDRONNERIES D’ERMONT starts manufacturing batch type asphalt plants and specializes in cold and hot mix asphalt plants.

Albert LOUCHE creates LES CHAUDRONNERIES D’ERMONT (in Ermont city near Paris) for boiler and road equipment manufacturing.
